NO TIME TO PRAY
I had no time to kneel and pray
I had too much to do.
It seemed to me from
The very start
On that busy day
Nothing went the way
I planned because
I didn’t bend my knee.
No matter what the day
I’ve learned my lesson now
I always start it on my knees
The days are free somehow
Oh Lord I know you are the One
l must confess to You
That when I start each day
Anew
I come on bended knee
You stay beside me til
No more the demons they do flee.
I thank you for each day and then
I wait to hear Your voice
Well done my child
You finally made a choice.

What a truthful poem, I can relate to this. It is our business that takes our time from the most important thing we must do: pray.

Be always safe,

Beautifully written, although on your knees is not the only way to pray.
