There are times in my life when I've felt hopeless, and that "voice" kept reminding me of all the mistakes I've made, bad choices, but at this time in my life as I look back, I realize that wasn't the Lord talking to me. My prayer for you is Don't give up either!
DON’T GIVE UP Who’s voice did I hear that day The one that wouldn’t go away? The still small voice kept telling me You can’t do it, don’t you see. When you try and fail Yes, I win. So why keep trying Yet again. Just give up Throw up your hands Walk across the foreign lands. You can’t do it, don’t you see? Hear my voice? Yes it’s me. But now I know Lord, That wasn’t You. You always tell me What to do. You never lead me Down that path Come on child Hold on at last. I’m here waiting Can’t you see, You can do it Yes it’s Me.
