MORNING PRAYERS
I said my morning prayers
Knowing You were there
I felt Your presence
In the room
I know you always care.
I lifted up my cares to You
I shared them everyone,
I’ve learned to wait
In Your own time,
You gave Your only son.
You are the Great I Am
You see
The great and Holy One
I’ve learned to leave it
With you Lord
I’ve learned to let it be.
You have a plan for each of us
I pray for strength each day
To see me through to the end
And follow in your way
I thank you for your Grace my Lord
For giving that to me
Your love surrounds me everyday
I’ll walk so close to Thee.
For all I have I thank you now
It’s come from up above
On my knees I give you thanks
For sending all your love
My faith has been renewed
I hope you do know how.
I thank you for the strength
I’m feeling even now.
I’ll be there one day soon
What rejoicing there will be
The angels dancing all around
When your face I hope to see.
