I was sick for over three weeks, and during that time my husband was wonderful. He took care of everything, including me. The poem is for him, just so he remembers how much I love him.
A TRIBUTE TO MY HUSBAND Thank you for the things You do for me each day Thank you for the times You bow your head to pray. Thank you for the way You love me as you do Thank you for the life You’ve made for me and you. Thank you for the times When you steal a glance or two It’s times like that I know You love me as you do. Thanks for being there for me Always standing true It’s times like that I know I’ll always love you too. I pray the Lord will keep You safe and in His steed That He will give us years To worship Him I plead. I never dreamed one day I would find a man like you So loving and so kind Who loves my Lord so true . I’m on my knees F.P. And thanking God today For the blessings that we have And I know the Lord will say, Stay on the path my child Know I’m still leading you You have my blessing in your life Love each other as you do. I am sure you were fortunate to have such a to do husband who cared daily while you were ill. He is a sweetheart of yours and always will be. So nice of him to do for you at times like this. Keep him happy, as I know you do already, why did I say that"
