They seek a broken path, the white light of souls in transit, given fragile, tissue wings. Here--distilled by waking minds-- passes the substance of dreams. The softest elements combine by strange alchemy into a strength that bears a too rough world; lifting by cords unseen each passed heart, each child-eyed vagabond, into kindred flight. A storm of wings, a summer blizzard, all too soon--gone. And I must dream you again it seems.
