Two women discovering each other, their
attraction for one another and falling in love.

Poem Artwork

Finding you in a crowd of women,
my smile took over my face
You had an aura about you
Knowing full well I needed to introduce myself

After the parade I crossed the street
I said hello
Your beauty was stunning
My heart was skipping beats

We started riding horses that Fall
There was a forest along the way
We stopped to explore
Did some kissing here and there, not much more

Come winter we stayed indoors
We took it slow.   .   .
Wanting to know each other better
We decided was the way to go

The smell of rain was always in the air
Spring had finally gotten here
Everywhere we went we walked hand in hand
Still we were taking our time. . . .

I never believed in taking my time
Impatience always took the rain
This time was different
She was worth the wait

Our friendship was important
She was my confidant, my advisor,
My sister, my friend
The one I've been dreaming of

Mind you, this wasn't planned
It was both our decisions
The time had come, almost a year
We started kissing on the couch

I love to kiss a woman's lips
Besides being soft, they are erotic
Kissing her is such bliss
It is hard for me to stop

With slow hands I undressed her
Stopping to admire her attributes
My lips and fingertips explored
Her pearshaped breasts...massaging, kissing

Gutteral sounds echoed off the walls
She pushed my hands downward
I waited a bit, I'm a tease
The explosion within her will be more intense

By this time we're lying on the floor
My hands are pulling your petals back
Pressing my lips on your rose
I take my time...

My fingers stoked your fire
S  l  o  w  l  y.. .. ..
As my tongue entered
Your hips gyrated...

                                You started 'coming home'

this is special in the sense of how I visualize 2 people getting to know each other with the innate passions we are all given, harnessing lust, but still knowing it's presence...but also through mutual respect of value to the entity of Love's integral worth...that emotional bonding

Look Away Silence by Edward Patterson

Martin Powers wanted an ironing board for Christmas. Instead, he got . . . Matthew Kieler, a non-returnable gift, but a gift that kept on giving. A powerful tale of survival, compassion and unapologetic love in the time of AIDS.
