Money buys food, clothing, housing,
Vacations, cars...
You need it for your life's
Accommodations for living-
Money is also the root of all evil-
Corruption, political or governmental,
Drugs, money laundering, kickbacks
And so-forth-
I can sleep at night,
With a clear conscience
It isn't the money itself that is evil. It is the corrupt people who do what it takes to keep the money rolling in, even though for a great many it is completely illegal . . . I don't consider people who have a lot of money evil, just those whose greed demands money by any means.
