It also brought to mind several quotes ...
"With silence favor me" ...
"Great souls endure in silence" ...
"Silence is a text easy to misread" ...
"Silence is one of the hardest arguments to refute" ... AMEN!
And one of my favorites: "well timed silence hath more eloquence than speech"...
