Some might argue creating is only as good as its audience. Others would say the ethos of creating is for its own sake.

Our Own Version
Like atoms awaiting attraction
my story
meets your story
my vibration touches yours
How mysterious
this connection
Poets wonder
Painters know
Composers smile
Expression wanders
perfecting its purpose
like magnetic storms
seeking to ground
thunderous announcement
Brush strokes
conjoin innate harmony
counterpoint
searches layered melodies
romantic evolves impressionistic
classical meets jazz
jazz fuses blues and pop
poetry finds paper
paper indulges ink
words thrust images
images invite vision
vision paints limited dimension
aspect births sculpture
and further imagination...
Yet
Our own consciousness
is all that counts
whether artist or witness
Such magic
this empowered creativity
a threat to the weak
a subtle touch for the strong
Temperance nurtures epiphany
this delicate cracking of dawn
a sudden glimpse
the light
the space
a threshold stepped over
