I do recall lost loves, for whatever reason, tended to depress me. It was during those times when time dragged on before I met another possible love that I spent a lot of time just thinking and trying to come up with a reason for it all. I never really did, but every time I had a partner by my side, those times when time stood still, disappeared. But I still have flashbacks, sometimes during the day and sometimes during the night.
