I am just a simple poet

trying to put in words

what my heart is saying

It is like a song

yes. the song of a poet

Comes from the deepest

part of me, the vulnerable part

what a joy to share it

with people who might

be moved or have some

feeling from it

My song is a gentle

one most the time

but once in awhile

I get so excited and

my song becomes a

symphony with a fast

tempo and rythmic beat

Then, at other times

it is filled with the

passion of deep desire

and like a mission of

deep importance, like

it HAS to be sung

There is no way of

keeping it inside

Yes, I am so grateful

to be able to play my songs

that people actually listen to

I will always be honored

by each one who hears
