Mary, you were visited by an angel

who said you were going to bear

a most holy son

You must have been surprised

yet you were open to God

However, I see you as you

might have been when you

were older

What was it like?

I imagine you remembered

all the events and what they

might have meant, and how

you wanted to bring Jesus to

the world  through

you, even though not physically

Having a close relationship with him

you must have known what

he would have wanted

Mary, I ask that you help me

bring him to birth, just as

you did when you were older

I know you would direct me

to him but would you

mind being my companion?
