"Overcoming Challenges" is certainly appropriate to the living of a life that is meaningful. I believe there is a purpose and a reason for everyone and everything. To go through life without being involved and challenged is missing the God-given opportunity to learn and to grow in understanding, developments that may well reflect the purpose of our creation. Close to my heart is the knowledge that when our time on earth is finished, we then move on to the doing of God's work in and from heaven.

How can we expect to become in the future God's Guardian Angel on earth for someone in desperate need if we have not prepared ourselves for the tasks and challenges at hand? That is but one of the many roles we may play in carrying out God's plan.

And so it is that I give thanks for the challenges that have been presented to me in my lifetime. They simply mean that God is with me and is guiding me and giving me the privilege of becoming a strong and understanding angel in preparation for my future work in heaven. To be entrusted by God for holy work yet to come is an honor many of us have not earned and do not deserve. To be given the opportunity to overcome a challenge is a blessing.

You have been blessed with special challenges. God is with you always, my dear Cindy.
