You may have been hurt today

You may have had a major disapointment

Maybe you have had a loss

Keep going

You may ask why

My world has fallen apart

This is the answer I would give

For me it is this one belief

I was born for a purpose

To love God, love my neighbor and myself

This belief isn't based on me living it

only when I have a good day

This is every day

Also I believe God has given

me the spiritual tools I need

to keep going

and if God has given them to me

I am sure He has given them to you

He has such hope and love for us

How can we not keep going

So, please even if you are

going through  hard times

put one foot in front of the other

and keep going
