This poem reflects on where we can go when we have challenges.

Where can you go when you are fearful

Where can you go when alone

Where can you go when angry

Where can you go when sad

Where can you go when the world

has seemed to fall around you

There is someone waitning for you

There is someone that has loved you

even before you were born

There is someone who knows

every tear you have cried and

your feelings  before you do

There is someone who understands

every pain you have

Jesus is waiting for you

Wanting to love you

and welcome you into

his loving embrace

He says come

Come  to the wonderful life

we can have

Come to your loving creator!

Amen, Cindy. So many times, as a society, life moves so quickly and times can be so tough that we become guilty of viewing the negatives so much that we fail to remember that the Lord never gives us more than He thinks we can handle and thus, we'll always be okay.

Nice poem and I'm happy to read your work again. With our Hurricane Ike repairs done and life beginning to settle, I have free time again. Yeah!

acknowledge our Creator! Fine poem, Cind!

Amen Cindy. It's great knowing that we can always turn to our Lord.
Well said my friend. God bless.
