Night comes as the sun

goes to bed

Time to rest and pray

Time to reflect on my life

It has been a life of learning

and making mistakes

A life of incredible

love given me by Jesus

A life with many experiences that

taught me to forgive and to persevere

A life of meeting people who have

been through alot of pain yet survived

A life of feeling Jesus with me

Yet , times when I didn't feel his

presence and I had to trust my faith

Yes, it's been a good life

But the best part is it's only the begining

 Even though I am fifty-nine years old

my life is just starting in many ways

There is so much left to learn and experience

I want my life to be able to give all

the love and encouragement I can

To come to Jesus at the end of

my earthly life and say

Jesus, the giifts you have given me

I have given away for your beloved children

Then I imagine him smiling and welcoming

me with open arms and we will have

a long and loving hug!
