Time is such a precious gift

How shall I use the time I have?

I don't  know how long I will be alive

Even though that is a fact

It doesn' t make me sad

With the time I have I

would like to love you

more each day Jesus

I would like to spread your love

Oh, I would love to sing and dance

for the world to express your compassion

for each one!

I would bow to each person with respect

I would ask if they would like to

join in the dance of life

I would celebrate your never ending

light which shines in everyone

Maybe some of hose things I can't do

but I can light my candle of love

and shine it each time I meet

one of your beloved children

I can grow in love

until the day I see you face to face

and then we can dance hand in hand

and the joy will be everlasting!
