This is my prayer today as I start a new novel.
Jesus, please give me words which lift up the broken hearted May my words bring a ray of hope to those who feel they have lost everything May my words touch the heart and bring joy to the soul Asking much I know but how can I not ask you who give words of life and light to the world May my words come from my deepest self May my words come from the eternal light you give us all This last request I ask with a most humble heart and with some shyness May some - maybe three or four of my words be ones you would wish me to write May a few of my words be your words Amen
