This is my prayer tonight.
Good night Jesus Gift of life you give with love This day given so we could live with faith We offered this day to you We prayed with thanksgiving knowing each breathe comes from you Any act of love was given with a grateful heart because we have experienced your forgiveness and eternal compassion How can we not share what we have been given Good night Jesus Our soul sleeps in your loving embrace as our heart awaits the dawn
