17.02.04 I'm a bit nervous posting this one actually as it is very personal to me... oh well hope you like it.

Poem Artwork

I look at you,
And I want to dance
You and me,
Dance to the rhythm of the night.
I look at you
And I want the night to come;

To look at you bare,
To hold you there
I want to dance.
I can't help myself,
I want to be with you.

Please hold me close,
I look at the clock,
Don't want the dawn to come,
Carry on the night,
The moonlight and our dance...

I want to love you
Oh, the feeling of skin to skin,
Cheek to cheek

I love you so much,
I can't help myself
I want to dance.

The look in your eyes,
The heat from your hands;
I love everything about you.
You bare your soul
And I bare mine.

We are each other's all through the night
So beautiful I feel,
When I'm within your arms.

You cast a spell on me
Because I always want to be yours.
Our dance is so beautiful,
You make me feel alive.

So won't you come and dance over me??

I read this lovely poem and couldn't help but think: I wish I could feel like this about someone again. But then I think: Why doesn't it last? Love is indeed like the wind, when I try to grasp it i lose it. Great Write! Best of luck to you in all of your endeavors.
