Musings of a new widow.
One Hundred Days A Widow Steps like minutes, every one taking me further away from you, Our life, our love, your breath, your body. A mist grows unwelcomed between us. Were you real? Were we really together? I fan the mist to dispel it but it gathers as qiuckly as it parts. It's becoming more difficult to sense your presence. Can one hundred days undo our oneness?

Probably not. Lifelong bonds do not disintegrate when one half of the bond dies. But the sooner the other half can get on with life and stop pining for something that will never be again, the happier than other half, that now single half will be and able to make other bonds again in time.

A very emotionally expressive poem. You have such a kind, fragile heart that can be easily be broken. I pray for you to be strong and endure the mist of all of this without too much pain. The best is yet to come...

Heck, sad and powerful.
Till death do us part, it's the parting that costs us the price of loving.
Beauty remains for always.
Love lasts, being and feeling and knowing that price we then feel peace for the wondrous beauty that was and is part of ones life and we move on able to share love divine with those who never get to realise the gift of such eternal love.
