I am a warrior for the Lord.

I am responsible for many.

I will do battle in the Spirit for:

My wife ~ My Children ~ My Pastor

My Flock ~ My Friends ~ My Fellow Warriors

I choose to become mighty with the Sword of the Spirit.

I purpose to put on the armor of God.

My strength, courage, and passion must rest on God or it will fail me.

During the battle I expect:

To be ~ bruised ~ battered ~ pressed ~ persecuted

Disappointed by other warriors and blind sided by the enemy.

All these things are meant to discourage me.

In light of this, I will resolve to become a stronger and more powerful opponent.

The enemy has assassinated many of my brothers, friends and family.

I commit to be my brother's keeper by fighting with him, instead of against him.

I will not allow the fog of war to confuse me.

I've been given power, love and a sound mind.

None of my brothers will go down to friendly fire.

God, take time to forge me.

Train me to annihilate the enemy.

Give me the heart of a:

Father ~ Son ~ Husband

Fighter ~ Healer ~ Rescuer

I choose to surround myself with men and women who are as committed as I am;

Men and women who can sharpen me as I sharpen them.

I will be a watchman over those entrusted to me.

That's what real men do!

My enemy prowls about seeking whom he may devour.

I will not abide laziness, envy, greed or anything else that might entangle me as God's soldier.

I will prevail as long as I'm obedient to my General, Jesus.

He has alredy bloodied the nose of the bully.

He has proclaimed liberty to the captives.

He Has victory in his hand.

He has chosen to allow me to share in that victory.

Satan, you are on notice.

I will not seek you, for I seek God alone.

If you choose to attack I will not cower for my God is my standard.

I will do battle by praying and fasting.

I am a child of the Most High.

Even if you kill me I will live.

My name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life,

And I remind you that yours is not.

I am a Warrior, a Man of God,

Because I am first, a child of God!
