Some people are hard and cold,
their souls to the devil sold;
kind words never spoken,
their friendship merely a token:
sincerity they lack,
and you never turn your back.
With all they play a game:
you fool, they aren't the same.
They remain a hypocrite,
full of jealousy, ready to spit.
Their venom will poison you:
making you one, too.
So, don't listen, don't look:
observe, they're like an open book;
their sins written on their face.
For them there is a place.
Just turn and walk away,
listen not to what they say.
There is always someone
who spoils the fun;
someone who hurts you,
in your back a knife, too.
But always keep that smile:
Satan will go away...
in a while.
I can relate to this in more than one way.... be strong!!
Love Tinka
but so excellently epressed
with your golde pen.
Merry Christmas

This is a poem that should be read by all. The truth in this is absolutely wonderful. I see it says 1973-----you were way a head of your time---walking angel--some people--takes them longer and others simply never get it! Your work is painfully beautiful and quite soothing-it speaks truth...it takes time but evil does eventually go away. The truth sets us all free. I LOVE THIS POEM!....Off to my library it goes Bonita!
Thank You for getting this one back out and sharing. Appreciated!
