a green majestic fortress
against subtle light

You are all around me
intoxicating my senses
embracing me with the lilt
silky shallows beneath your fragrance

Entwine me beneath your petals
so that I may bloom in your spirit
bathing with you, renewed in the dewdrop
that settles beneath this canopy
of green in your majestic fortress

I could sing to you forever
in the promise of the sunrise
with those yearning to be found
that will be counted among the blossoms
