~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Again,
I, a fool.  Fool
Enough to ache-- body
Aching--  arching,  ready to... to
Take you.
Take you.
Kiss your eyes. ...Wide-
Open to all they need! --
Must see?  hunger, I will feed with
My whole.
My whole
And more for, for
Sake of filling,  lighting
That need.   Yours?   Mine?  Mine to feed you...
Whole.  You.
Whole.   You
And myself, one.
Or is it two?--  Two lay
Within, writhe away  pain,  fear  and
Find light
Light?  Light
Exists, yet...dims
While we make the moves as
Two.   So, let us light the stars as
One!   Whole.
I seemed to have felt several emotions while reading this exceptional piece. Love, frustration, yearning, hope. Unique!
As a lover of Cinquain poetry, I must say I loved this one. I loved the linking of the next verse with the ending of the preceding one. Great write.
Well done.
Flows very well, and I like the repetition of the words. Very rhythmic.
