Boundless energies rise within me

Thou art the rushing winds that raise the tides

Burning a soul that desires to be free

Blowing against the part of me that hides

Ruffling my spirit as flesh collides

Thou art the storm that beckons me to come

Eroding where reality abides

Pounding away at the life giving drum

Razing my form beneath my outside skin

Thou art the flood that drowns what lies beneath

Deconstructing everything with a spin

Chewing what remains with razor sharp teeth

Thou are the very destruction of me

A loss that forever ties me to thee
