Ask yourself, if those thoughts were repeated to a friend, would they uplift your friend or not.

You are a nurturer and feeder.

You feed your energetic body regularly by your thoughts and actions.

What exactly do you feed your energetic body with?

Fear, love, despair, joy or hope?

Take a minute and review what kinds of thoughts you have had already.

How often are you in a positive state of mind?

How often do you feed your fear?

How often do you feed your hope?

Your thoughts feed your emotions!

How often do you nurture the love for yourself and others?

...what a wonderful thought...some of the best days
of our lives haven't happened yet...bring them on...with
"a positive state of mind"...the pages of tomorrow
are blank...you hold the pen...An inspiring poem.

HAPPY EASTER SHERVIN!

Great thoughts for introspection. I fear very little except those things that I should because they pose immediate peril.

This is a terrific reminder that thought is a kind of 'form' in our versions of reality. They actually do materialize into behavior. I like this expression of 'feeding' your state of being with whichever food you grow in your thought garden; healthy food or unhealthy food. It is so hard to control thought, though. Thank you for giving this practice and connotation of 'feeding the emotion.' This image might help me, as I do understand what you mean. And I have felt the truth of it, Shervin. ~~ Diana
