The Church teaches what it believes, what is "necessary for salvation". But that doesn't mean that the believer isn't entitle to a few questions... One more part of this little treatise to come and that sooner rather than later...
v. The magisterium The Teaching Office of the Church The Church teaches with authority but too often, what the church teaches is authority not dogma nor interpretation but authority dogma received without question interpretation accepted without question the Church says so Pastor says so Believe or else But unquestioned belief leads to heresy dogma, un examined, leads to unbelief In both events the opposite of what is intended but the church teaches Authority The Church says Pastor says� believe or else� Theology, a friend says is faith seeking understanding. or as I put it faith reflecting on itself Reflecting seeking either way the mind is engaged ad the eyes wide open If Pastor says: �This is what the Bible means; Trust me on this, friends� Don�t� [If he says, �God told me that this is what the bible means.� Well. I�d be looking for another Pastor]. The Church teaches but the true believer asks �Is it so?� and �If it is so, what does it mean?�

Amen! Amen! Amen! The Body of Christ has a different members (1Corinthians 12:1-31). And each person has the right to express and ask questions when ever needed. We should never be ugly to each other. But, the Church is not a one man show, we are all servants of God. God have set everything in order including His church. We should pray, read the bible, ask questions, so we can understand what He expect from us. Thanks, I love God, and His Church.
