"Forget Not, Poets…"

In the Fort-citadel, — a kingdom of mankind, —
Circled by kindergarten learners... questions raised...
The nature of the cosmos and the root of man,
The Poet revealed to them in Sci-Fi tale-history!

Oral Tradition then was written into libraries,
Many flawful translations... — plagiarism — flourished;
The basis to clear doubts and scintillate awareness
Became lure of the State to propagate serfdom.

In the century of poetic revelation,
The true Poetry's tasks will ignite the in-Verb
To impress swords of Justice on the doors of Time
To release — in freedom — the spiritual man.

Forget not, Poets... that You're the creator Fathers
Of the arch-supreme father of the arch-Pontifices
Of religion and holy wars of "Earth and Heavens";
That we can recreate the fate of the cloned Man!

We descend from Your thought in deeds of the live Verb,
Waiting for the words' strike to compose the new message
To translate the conceived visions received with notion
Learned... Lived through the creative functions of our lives
To sip dews of bliss, when our natural task's finished.

We are now the reality within a dream…
Rainbows of hope in the cosmos of glowing love;
An impressionist live depicting of soul's grace
With surreal and symbolistical matching colors
Under the light of wonders and rational wisdom,
Etched on the marble rose walls of life in eternity;
Written and painted by the ever kind Creator,
Enriching the basilica of the Time's Poets,
Causing envy to ministers and cloned men's priests
On the Holy Pantheon of the ruling Titans!

a most inspirational write Andre
I feel like I have A quill in hand a virgin parchment before me

the inkwell is full, yet I am unable to scribe my thoughts

there is no inspiration in my heart, no matter how hard I try

Now I sit here wondering why?..... I feel like I am wedged in an uncreative thought

Peace be with you Andre

William

We oft times forget our task and get caught up in the lure of recognition. As poets we still have the duty to send our own versions of reality to perhaps enlighten folks and make them think a bit.......If we are lucky.

Thank you,

Walt

Andre, when you write poems like this, I often wonder if within that creative mind of yours there is not a brief visitation from the Holy Spirit who oft times gives to all men that which must be said or done.We believe that we are the ones who create by the written word that which we feel is needed to be said. This is not so in many instances, for we are but a tool in God's hands and through the Holy Spirit are guided as to what to write. This write of yours was, I believe, done with such help. One line stands out " Causing envy to ministers and cloned men's priests". I make no comment on its setting out, for it is the words and the truth contained within each sentence
as you were inspired to write which is all important.
I leave one piece of advice and that is, write what you are prompted to write and not that which you may feel will please the reader.

As always my deepest respect for your works.
Robert
