My melody is real,confused like a painting by picasso
If living is a truce between heaven and hell
Then why is my mind locked away in this mental cell.
I call upon the Meninities, for they so told the path
My mouth and tongue speak what was engaged in the past.
If my future is written like moses and the ten commandemnets.
Then why must i fear rapists and bandits.
Though life always tried to get me out of the loop,
I continue to rise,holding my head above that stoop.
Look down below, my dreams are never failing
Words make expressions, the game is excelling.
How can one proceed when one is trapped by a spiritual warfare?
This body that i strip reflects my old self's apperance and wavy hair.
Now pastor told me to hold on,for there will be a light down that road,
But the more i searched, the more I felt my conscious grow old.
It's killing me softly,guilt is eating at my soul,
My heart bleeds the truth into a life passion bowl.
So when I play my words like Michael jordan did for the bulls,
I play my words LOUDLY not giving a damn if im looking like a fool.
These words become distant,reflecting memory and solitude,..
Dont get mad at me,im just a kool cat with that ignorant jazzy attitude.
So in the words of Jay-z he says" Let that Bitch Breathe",
But in my words of freedom I say" Let My Words Play".
