When friendships man, he acts alone || it makes each step uncertain.
What arcanum’s quest should he propone || in suasion of its question?
To seek wise words of mind’s alert || what purpose binds them gravely.
When presence did, again assert || such baring of truths bravely.
So take that taper, lit by thought || and shield it from intrusion
Where gamins have it, secret sought || in seisen of collusion.
So with each stride, man’s will provide || upon life’s, dark laid path.
His lantern set by encheers side || fears, not ill feature's wrath.
For guidance comes in many forms || where trust sees not foreclosure:
A beckoned hand is one that warms || to make another’s much the bolder.
For let vade-mecum hide not its light || or fade in wasted searching.
When Anemoi of its fletched flight || is worth man’s time attesting.
For worth’s own value has its pledge || a princely sum unsundered
To test the mettle of its swage || and leave true cost less cumbered.

It’s wonderful that at least someone is pointing out what they consider flaws.
I wish they had a poetry workshop here, where these points could aired
One of course can plead poetic licence over the strict grammatical correctness that prevails in some types of poetry.
In this instance the intent was, that it was man’s will (the noun rather than the verb) to provide the impetus for the step.
Best regards,
Mor.
