For me, spring means new life and new beginnings.

The kiss of spring is everywhere,

No matter where I go,

New life springs eternal,

Across the meadows,

Where the honeysuckle,

 And wild flowers grow,

Smells of the ocean,

Linger gently,

Upon the morning breeze,

Bringing back forgotten memories,

Of times spent by the sea,

You Look FatCalgary by RickthePoetWarrior

Using Calgary as a backdrop the author satirizes the self-serving nature of the public as it continues to fatten itself, not only physically, but egotistically as well.
