Through the last doorway spirit walks out, toward the light - as light steps in, toward the spirit. They meet at the threshold - then emanate, as one, through the first doorway.
Those that fear to cross that door or the ones that insist of its nonexistence should memorize this six lines and extend without fear their arms, after they arrive to the threshold, toward the light.
Georg
All of us must go through that last doorway there is no way out. There is one thing for certain though...we had better make sure our soul is right as our spirit slips away. This poem is profound & prolific & I enjoyed it.
It is a transition that all of us will make at the appointed time dear Alexandra. How we make it is just as important as why. I have always seen this life as a kind of basic training for the next, and know, without doubt that there is much to be learned and shared while we are here.
I lost my dear and profoundly talented Mother Sept 10, 1998. It was a profound lose, but her influences still affect me and often dictate my steps. In my heart she is still alive and potent. I pray for peace and wisdom in this time for you and Joseph. Blessings and love ...
