When my husband passed away, and was cremated, all this sadness made me think this way. Sorry for the gloominess and darkness of this poem. It is just how I felt at the time.
The ache in my heart,

I do relate recently losing my mother, brother and my partner. This time of year seems to magnify the hurting.
