just seemed to me that I may have hit a homer.

Then I had to look into your big brown eyes;

not only was I in rhapsody, I was mesmerized.

It's nice to dream that we'll always be together;

obviously this can only really mean forever.

It didn't take long, you asked me to dance;

We did the two-step, our hearts did the fox-trot;

after all of that we became a perfect snapshot.

Your scent still lingers in my sweatshirt hood;

it must mean somethin' in all likelihood.

How is that possible after the washing machine;

guess the reason for that will remain unseen.

It's so nice to remember the day we met;

let my music composition wither if I somehow forget.
