A child's forgiveness for abuse.
My small bones are broken, my body is bruised. I'm no longer loved. I'm just being used. They say I fall alot, I can't stay on my feet. Can't your blind eyes see that I've always been beat? I'm too young to tell what you don't want to hear, so I suffer in silence and hide all my fears. But when I grow up I'm going to love everyone, and never hurt feelings or do as they've done. And I'll pray for the people who've hurt me this way; That they'll stop all the hurting and learn how to pray. Connie Gunn 1997

it is said(and I believe it) that LOVE is the greatest power in the univerce.
It is good to forgive but I hope all children who are being hurt will go to their teachers and tell...tell....tell.
Your poem made me cry,not crocodile tears,real ones.Your poem is totally awesome!
