Living life to it's fullest, the great and the small

The windows of life are my eyes opened wide

The world playing out before them, in sight stereophonic

The sounds of life bouncing off each pane vibrating to the brain

Such a shame some people have shuttered window eyes

For those I feel pity, they hide and are hidden in the darkness

Filters of living having shut them in their own isolated space

Others have bifold windows taking in only selected parts of life

They may miss some of life’s heart wrenching, daily living pain

But they are also giving up the spontaneous highs and lows of joy

Mine though are picture widows no curtains or shutters

Side by side larger then a movie screen, running in 3D

The colors of life are so vivid as to become palatable on orbs

I can taste the flavors in the colors, like savoring delectable morsels

At times I can even smell them sweet and tart to my eye windows

So vivid the textures of loving life those hues become solid forms

Velvet, smooth, bright and even rough, if you doubt my words

Think only of this statement, he became a stone in my mind’s eye

Lastly I say; if you have not opened your widows, the Universe waits
