Sitting by the window,
The wind blows softly,
Lifting strands of hair,
Gently carressing,
Playing and dancing,
With a tune unaware,
She is beautiful,
Waiting for news,
From her sailor at sea,
As ships wander about,
Amongst the waves of blue,
To be docked by the pier,
A return yet to be made,
To a harbour of safety.
