Oh, how some people change and allowing them to do so peacefully is an art!!

Breathing in calmness Exhaling doubt Finding serenity Is what it's about Anger resentments Soon disappear Gone the dispairities Along with a tear Brand new horizons Beckoning me New realizations call Ever silently Jane Noponen Perinacci

What a wonderful short way of the declaring freedom from worry and depression! You nailed it with this one.

"Exhaling doubt," that's the way to do it. Depression can linger but hopefully not for long, in view of those "brand new horizons". Rock on.
