The Good Bye To Friends On Authors Den

I knew the time would have to come

Where I had to say Good bye,

And trust me, my heart breaks while I do.

As I found so many new things with

So many here, as well as with myself.

Friends, love and people that understood

What I was trying to say, or relay or portray,

And while I did, I learned things myself.

And I think the ones that know me, read my works,

Understand. Maybe more than I, myself.

But, things have endings, especially when

(Well, that could be a real long story)

But, I feel that I have somewhere new to find

And more roads to take, and more benefits

For my $$Dollar! (I know I need to shut up!)

Anyway, on the roads and on the paths

Of finding my forks on the ways or byways.

I did want to make a point of telling all who

Those who cared, and appreciated my efforts

That they did not go unappreciated, or un-noticed.

They never did. And never will.

But, I was just lazy, or crazy, or lost!

Or wrapped up in so many things.

It takes so much to find away, no matter how hard.

And I found it, just give me time. I will show it.
