Behind your back they whisper Spreading lies like a wildfire Yet when you turn around they are your best of friends. Behind your back they murmur, Playing up All your downfalls So you turn around Seeking comfort with your best friends Behind your back they lacerate your pride. your confidence. and you turn around to see their innocent smiles Behind your back I reject all the lies, all the deceit, all of your best friends but you turn around to see the one who just "doesn't understand"

Once we start to gather "friends" like these, it is time to examine what it really means to be a friend. And be more careful who we associate with.
