Walking through dense forrest
seeing to my quest.
Quickly navigating over rocks and
streams doing my best.

My life so much better than it
used to be.
Concentrating now on keeping my life and soul, light and free.

Then up ahead, I see the fallen trees in my path.
Surely someone trying to incite my slumbering wrath.

Creeping just before me, fostering
some unjust harm.
My mood begining to change like a brewing storm.

Although I thought this place was new to me.
Now, feeling a stirring in my deepest memory.

Oh, heartsinking, I have been here before!
Uprooting all in my wake, with petulant temper.

A tiresome child who thinks not when fury arises.
This past now haunts me, oh how it antagonizes.

Oh, peace be with me, as I right my malevolence!
The Forest whispers, "Stop, you must surround your self with tenderness!"

..."The way will be cleared only with practiced temperance."
