And Others
And others step up to the cross,
arms to arms and hands and feet.
Others wrap themselves in cloth,
rich in texture, pure in spirit full
with truth, a kind of which shall well
receive the sacrament of sacrifice —
And share the wine, the bread
of life, that kindness gives the giving of
— and all that love
within their heads.
