It’s a captured time, the light from a sign in the dark of night; and the ashes’ light shows lips pulled tight, when some hungry eyes see a grateful sight — “OPEN.”

Such lovely words that briefly tell a tale. Again punctuated with a wonderful artistic creation so originally yours. Kudos.

Each line carries a jolt of ah-hah for the reader. There is such optimism inherent. Drew me back to my early NY days (1956-1969) when your images were more prevalent than the two years I recently spent there in 2006-2008. You have an inordinate talent of condensing thoughts into a few powerful words. Keep it coming.
