Poem Artwork

I remember the feel of your touch
every exotic path your hands explored
Gentle as butterfly wings over my body
as passions continued to soar
~~
Your breath warm on my neck
your scent surrounding me
as we rode the tides of sensations
fulfilling our destiny
~~
The brush of your lips
those exotic whispers close to my ear
Sill floating on that liquid spill
when pleasure was lazy, sweet and near
~~
When passion is so seductive and intense
and life gives you no guarantees
It rips at your heart to let go of memories
and allow life - to just be
~~
When the hour is late, and I am weak
my mind recaptures those special times
when you and love were my only needs
and each moment was one of a kind
~~
Oh how my heart remembers your love
my body remembers your touch, your kiss
my thoughts remember your life
my soul remembers the journey through unending bliss
~~~~~~
