Surrender ... Surrender to face your fear before it becomes a reality The fear of being wrong The fear of losing control and being vulnerable The fear of being found out and being shameful Surrender ... Surrender to releasing the fear as it has no power Yet you brace yourself for the worst possibility Yet in the defensive posture you keep your mind fixed on what could or might happen Yet you are paralyzed from facing that imaginary negative outcome Surrender ... Surrender to eliminate fear Surrender to eliminate anger Surrender to help you become willing to live through the experince, without giving your entire life over it Surrender to give room in your heart and mind Surrender to open the way for a miracle to happen Copyright � Sandra A.
