...and I just love your poem "Lifting the Dead" because it speaks from a wise and freeing voice. There is understanding in your words that opens up all sorts of emotions as well as spiritual hope.

Wonderful Her Story ~Jane Addams~...Women have the will to lift others out of despair just as we see here in her story. I'm glad to see you posted this, Janet. It gives awareness to the great efforts women of past and present society, where they have volunteered a good part of their lives making other lives better and more liveable. An inspiring story indeed!
