and I dream of flying
pure clear crisp night
turning up arms spread
stars
and I soar dipping and laughing
knowing I can go anywhere
do
anything
and there is no fear
no doubt that this is real
that I was always meant
for
this
and I awake
with the cool wind on my face
the touch of angels
in my heart
holding me up
affirming
yes little one
you can
you most certainly
can

"no doubt that this is real
that I was always meant
for
this
and I awake"
And upon awakening you find that your reality is even better than the Dream you so love.
Utterly charming and dreamlike,
Woven in simplicity,
babies breath undone....
Lady Peg said it all!
Yes you can sweet spirit, yes you can...
Good to see you back Lass..

Great poem! I like the way you went into it, as if in mid stream -- in the middle of a thought. There is a carefree flow to it, giving the impression of flying -- playful drifting. Good way to wake up. Good job!
Oh, I love this! It's so happy, so carefree, so uplifting... Just wonderful! Thank you.
