Can my mind call to you, to reach you
In that space between the noise and the air?
In the vibration left from a note of music.
The carries on into the immensity.
Can my thoughts reach you, there in the waiver?
A tingle touched my flesh
a breeze responded to my whisper.
Is that you in the waiver?
Do you live there now,
in that space between the noise and the air,
You were that note of music
Between my breath and infinity.
Are you there, in the waiver?
The songs and art in this book are about our collective emergence after the pandemic and trauma of the last few years - comprised of 5 collections: World as Refuge, Where We Live, In Our Hands, Rhythms of Change and What We See & Sow.
This is my personal inspirational book of poetry. It contains many poems written for family, friends, and relevant life situations. Hopefully you will find some that will encourage and inpsire you in whatever arena you are found in your circle of l
a breeze responded to my whisper.
Is that you in the waiver?
Sweet, wistful and very compelling, Rebecca. Nicely done indeed! Love and best wishes,
