A Moment With You

 

A beloved face before my eyes,

An image crystal clear.

Beneath your hands, I am mesmerized.

Eyes dilated with delicious want.

My body alive with silken desire.

The eternal mating,

Your spirit with mine,

Brings a momentary relief.

I feel you, love,

To the depth’s of my soul.

Doesn't get any plainer that this. Well, it does, but that's another subject. The poet laid the groundwork for her adoration in the first line and did not waver throughout this beautiful poem of love.
